Take a look at what people are saying about Brookhollow Heights!
Our sincere gratitude to all staff and personnel at Brookhollow Heights. The family is truly appreciative of everything you were and continued to be for our father Calvin. May the work you do forever place you in the bosom of the Master.

I am the nephew of Alvin E. He has resided in the nursing home for two and a half years and I must say a burden has been lifted. Everyone I meet and greet has concern and passion for him. With that said, I commend you all to keep up the good work.

My family and I would like to thank you for the continuous compassionate care of our mother, Frances L.P. Since she has been there, your staff has always reached out to us when she is having a difficult day or just to notify us of a medication change. We are confident she is receiving the best care at Brookhollow Heights.
We are looking forward to the updates on your quality program and the quarterly family meeting. Also, we would like to commend you and your staff for the high quality of care and for treating our mother like family.

When I first moved my mother in I was worried. She doesn’t like to change and always wants to do everything herself. Everyone handled the situation very well. Thank you to the ladies on Station 3. I went out of town one weekend, yet left with confidence knowing Mom would be okay. The activity coordinator, Ms. Debra, is a positive influence on the seniors. She’s always smiling and what I enjoy the most is she goes over the Bible scriptures, always calm and pleasant. The LVN, Ms. Shannon, has a stern, but very professional attitude. I enjoy seeing her every visit. Also, special thanks to Ms. Tenisha. It’s always a pleasure when I run into you. Leaving my mother in a nursing facility is never an easy situation. I feel confident my mother is being treated well. I’m comfortable because I pray the Lord takes care of all my situations; praying for her and Brookhollow Heights staff daily.

My name is Regina W. and my Mom is Juanita B. Mom has been a patient here since September 2013.
Mom has severe Alzheimer’s and has to have 24-hour care. There are only a few nursing homes around that have an Alzheimer’s Lock-Down Unit and accept Medicaid. My mom has no assets besides her Social Security check. Mom and I are blessed that Brookhollow Heights had an opening for her. Jesse Sias made sure the paperwork went through quickly which helped us, as Mom was in serious condition due to Alzheimer’s.
Mom is receiving exceptional care here and is happier than I have seen her in years. When I visit her she is always clean, her hair is combed, nails trimmed, and her room and bathroom are clean. Her appetite is healthy and she is always cheerful and smiling. With Brookhollow Heights’ care, she is thriving.
The facility has a caring Activities Director, who is there each weekday morning conducting light exercise, along with music, dancing, and socializing for the patients. Mom is also receiving physical therapy.
Since Mom has been at Brookhollow Heights, it seems to me she is happier and healthier than she has been since her Alzheimer’s symptoms started showing in her late 60s. I would not choose to take her out of this facility because she is receiving quality care from the entire staff, and she is happy there.
